Baccarat profit screenshots: how much do they prove? 35% of 1,000-hand runs end up

Search for baccarat or a baccarat bot and you will find plenty of profit screenshots. We are not saying they are fake. Even a real screenshot tells you very little on its own. Using real shoes from Evolution live baccarat at the Stake (stake.com) casino, we counted how often anyone at all would have a profit to show.

The simplest possible test

Take 10,405 clean shoes, 610,535 hands once ties are removed, and bet 1 on banker every hand. Cut that sequence in order into stretches of 100, 1,000 and 10,000 hands, and check only whether each stretch ended in profit. No strategy, just banker every time.

The shorter the stretch, the more winners

100-hand stretches      42.6% of 6,105 in profit
1,000-hand stretches    34.9% of   610 in profit
10,000-hand stretches    8.2% of    61 in profit

The math gives almost the same (43.5%, 35.9%, 11.3%). A thousand hands is a day or two of speed baccarat, and one stretch in three still ends up with no skill involved. The best 1,000-hand stretch finished +78, the worst -105.

Which side posts the screenshots

If 100 people each played 1,000 hands this way in a day, about 35 of them would have a green screen. Those 35 are the ones who feel like posting. The other 65 stay quiet. Collect only the posts and the method looks far better than it is.

What to check in a screenshot

Look at how long the period is, whether losing stretches are shown too, and whether every day is posted without gaps. A day or a week in profit happens to anyone within the numbers above. The longer it runs, the more the commission-sized average (about -1.2% per hand) shows through. Over 10,000-hand stretches the average was -130.
