How a dropped round is handled
In live baccarat, "I got disconnected" can mean three different things. Each is handled differently.
Player side drop: the home or mobile internet fails and the game screen freezes or closes.
Window minimised: the browser is minimised or another tab is opened during betting time.
Studio error: something goes wrong in the game, the system or the procedure and the round stops.
The Evolution baccarat rules cover these in separate places. The order below puts those parts back on one timeline.

A green or yellow light at the top of the screen means betting time is still open. The disconnection part of the rules does not split this from the time after betting closes. It only says that placed bets remain valid and are settled while the player is away.
Losing the connection leaves the bets on the table exactly where they were.
The rules use the words "placed bets". They give no test for whether a chip clicked at the very moment of the drop was received. So in practice the test is whether that round shows up in the record after reconnecting.
A minimised window is the exception that bites. With chips down and the clock still running, hiding the browser or switching to a new tab can count as walking away from the table, and the rules say the round's bets may then be declined.
Once the light is red, there is nothing left for the player to change. The UK Gambling Commission's technical standard RTS 10 says that if an interruption comes after the gamble was received and the customer can no longer influence the outcome, the result should stand (UK RTS 10).
The dealer keeps dealing and the round ends together with the other players. A winning bet is paid and a losing bet is taken.
The error handling part of the rules is different. If there is an error in the game or the system, the round is paused and players are told by chat or a pop-up message that it is being looked into.
A quick fix lets the round carry on. When no quick fix is possible, the round is called off and every player in it gets the first stake back.
With the line down, that pop-up can be missed. The record shows if the round was cancelled.
The rules say that after reconnecting, bet outcomes can be seen in the History window. The HISTORY button opens ACCOUNT HISTORY, a list of dates, games, bet amounts and payouts, with the most recent round at the top.
Settings such as video and sound are stored to the profile and load on any device used to log in. Rejoining from a phone in a hurry does not mean setting everything up again.
If the line is shaky, look at the video. Quality adjusts itself, but the VIDEO tab in settings lets a specific stream be chosen by hand.
Every round has a GAME NUMBER that holds the time the round began in GMT, as hour, minute and second. The rules ask players to quote this number, or take a screenshot of it, when contacting customer service about a round.
Local time is GMT plus the time zone offset. In Korea that is 9 hours, so 13:05 in the number is a round that began at 22:05 Korean time (an assumed example).

How fast a reply must come is set by the site's licensing body. The UK Gambling Commission's rules are a public example.
A business must acknowledge a complaint within 3 working days, or within 24 hours if it offers gambling around the clock (UKGC business guide).
The whole process, internal escalation included, must take no longer than 8 weeks from when the complaint was first received. At the end comes a final letter with the decision, a note that the process is over and how to take it further (complaints guidance).
The clock can stop. If the business makes a reasonable request for information and the customer does not answer within seven days, the time may not be counted until the reply arrives.
That is why the GAME NUMBER and the screenshot belong in the first message.
If it is still not resolved after 8 weeks, the complaint can go to an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider at no cost (UKGC ADR guide). The business's own complaints procedure has to come first.
Under RTS 10 the operator also owes customers a written account of how outages are handled. Where drops are frequent, that page in the terms is worth reading before the next session.

If opening other tabs during betting time is a habit, change that first. Unlike a drop on the player's line, it can get the bets declined.
Fast rooms have short betting time, so after a drop it is often already the next round on return. How speed differs by room is in our baccarat site game types post, and how to read the record window is in the baccarat betting history post.
When play stops feeling like a choice, the national gambling regulator in most countries lists a support line on its website.
Placed bets are settled on the result even after a drop, so on return check the top line of the record and the GAME NUMBER first, and send any complaint once, with that number and a screenshot attached.
Hiddenpick is a Windows program that keeps on its server the betting rules that pick owners do not make public, and runs them as they are on the PC of the person who received them through a referral code. It currently runs on Evolution live baccarat at Stake (stake.com). How the program handles Chrome and rooms is in the baccarat bot guide.
