If a casino lobby shows more than ninety baccarat tables, how many of them play the plain game with the plain payouts?
This post does not rank sites. It checks what each word added to a table name changes, using Evolution's own game pages and rules, and turns that into things to look for in a lobby before choosing a site.
From October 1 to 12, 2026, we collected shoes from 93 Evolution live baccarat tables. Sorted by the word added to each table name, they look like this.

59 of the 93 tables were Speed tables. Only 2 were plain tables with nothing added to the name (Baccarat A and B).
Salon Privé came second with 14 tables. Evolution describes these as VIP tables for high wagering players who meet minimum bankroll requirements. Seeing one in the lobby does not mean anyone can sit there.
Game type: tables that keep the baccarat card rules but change the speed, payouts, fee or card reveal.
The points below come from Evolution's game page (Evolution live baccarat). Sites open different tables, so start by finding which of these seven names are there.

None of the seven changes the third card rule. What changes is the speed, the payout table and the fee added on top of the bet.
Speed, Super Speed and Squeeze change only the pace and the way cards are shown. Measured round gaps per table type are in Evolution baccarat table speeds.
No Commission is the one that changes the payout table. The calculation that lifts the Banker house share to 1.46% is in No Commission baccarat.
The other four are fee tables.
Of the 93 tables we collected, 11 were in this group.
Some names do not explain themselves. Among the collected tables, we could not find Always 9 Baccarat or Insurance Baccarat on Evolution's game page. For tables like these, read the payout table in the help screen first.
What to look for in a site's lobby
The Lightning rules give the example of a bet of 5 with a fee of 1, so 6 leaves the balance (Lightning Baccarat rules). Charged the same way, a bet of 10,000 won takes 12,000 won from the balance.
Golden Wealth, Prosperity Tree and Peek also list 20% on their pages. None of the three pages gives an RTP figure.
Assuming 100 bets of 10,000 won, the fee alone comes to 200,000 won. How much of it comes back through multipliers can only be worked out with an RTP.
Without a published RTP, there is no way to calculate what the fee is worth. For Lightning, that calculation is done with the RTP from its rules in Lightning baccarat compared.

Whatever the table type, most tables also have side bet spots such as Player Pair and Banker Pair. By Evolution's page, a pair pays 11 to 1.
The rules list the pair RTP as 89.64% (Evolution baccarat rules). On a 10,000 won bet that means an average loss of 1,036 won.
Against an average of 106 won on a 10,000 won Banker bet, that is close to ten times as much. Even at the same table, the share lost depends on which spot the money goes to.
After the table list, the next things to check are round speed and deposit and withdrawal costs. Those numbers are in how to choose a baccarat site, and the difference between live and RNG tables is in live dealer baccarat online.
Summary
Hiddenpick is a Windows program that keeps on its server the betting rules that pick owners do not make public, and runs them as they are on the PC of the person who received them through a referral code. It currently runs on Evolution live baccarat at Stake (stake.com). How betting can be handed to a program once a table is chosen is in the baccarat bot guide. We are recruiting national pickster representatives, and those selected receive benefits worth $12,000, a one-year pass (apply at hiddenpick.my/pickster).
