Stake casino videos keep showing Crazy Time bonus rounds, so how often does the real wheel land on one? On October 7, 2026, two of the top five YouTube results for 'stake crazy time' had titles about playing for a full hour or until a 100x multiplier hit.
Titles like these lead with one big moment. They do not say how many spins came before it.
For anyone looking up crazy time odds, the useful part is that the wheel segments are public. That means the wait can be counted, and we split it into four questions.
Evolution's official guide describes a wheel with 54 segments. Players bet on the numbers 1, 2, 5 or 10, or on one of four bonus games: Coin Flip, Cash Hunt, Pachinko and Crazy Time (Evolution game guide).
The count for each segment type is written in the Pennsylvania rules for this game (Pennsylvania Code 690.1).
The Crazy Time segment is just 1 of the 54. The rules say the 54 sections are equally spaced, so the chance of any segment on one spin is its count divided by 54.
Chance per spin: segment count ÷ 54. The wheel is spun fresh each round, so earlier results do not carry over.

The chance on one spin is 1 in 54, or 1.85%. On average that is once every 54 spins.
Does that mean 54 spins will bring it at least once?
Missing it for 54 spins in a row means multiplying 53/54 by itself 54 times. Even after 54 spins, there is a 36.4% chance the Crazy Time segment has not appeared once. That is more than one in three.

Running the same math for longer stretches:
A long wait does not raise the next spin's chance. After 40 spins without it, spin 41 is still 1.85%.
All nine bonus segments together come to 9 in 54, or 1 in 6. Evolution's own page gives the same 1 in 6 chance of a bonus round on each spin (Crazy Time page).
Even so, six spins in a row without any bonus happen 33.5% of the time. Among the other bonuses, Coin Flip comes about once in 13.5 spins, and Cash Hunt and Pachinko about once in 27.
Big multipliers like the 100x in those videos are set apart from where the wheel stops. Each round the Top Slot can add up to 50x to one bet spot, and a bonus segment sets its multiplier again inside the bonus game. The Crazy Time bonus tops out at 20,000x, but how often each multiplier appears cannot be counted from the published segments.
Evolution lists 15 seconds of betting time per round. Over 54 spins that is 13 minutes 30 seconds of betting time alone.

The wheel spin and any bonus game add to that. The official guide gives no figure for those, so we did not add them.
For comparison, across 1,117,771 recorded gaps between speed baccarat hands, the median was 26 seconds. The Crazy Time betting window alone is more than half of that.
Money on a bonus segment is lost on every spin where that segment does not come up. Bet only on the Crazy Time segment and, on average, 53 of every 54 spins lose that bet. The multiplier for the one remaining spin is set in the bonus game.
Evolution puts the game's theoretical RTP at 94.41% to 96.08%. RTP is the share of the money bet that comes back on average.
By the same yardstick, the theoretical RTP of the banker bet in 8-deck baccarat is 98.94%. Crazy Time offers big multipliers, and in exchange returns a smaller share on average.
Hiddenpick is a Windows program that keeps on its server the betting rules that pick owners do not make public, and runs them as they are on the PC of the person who received them through a referral code. It currently runs on Evolution live baccarat at Stake (stake.com). Numbers no program can change, such as the casino's share of about 1.06% on a baccarat banker bet, are in the limits section of the baccarat bot guide.
