$360 a year. That is what a bot trading $30,000 a month pays in trading fees at 0.1% (the volume and the rate are assumptions).
When people look up a crypto trading bot price, the monthly subscription is usually what they see first. This fee is paid on top of it, and it is paid even with no subscription at all.
This post counts four payment models over 12 months with numbers from official price pages, then lists five things to check before paying. Every price was checked on each company's pricing page on October 8, 2026.
Trading bots are usually paid for in one of four ways.
Trading fee: the share of each trade an exchange keeps. It applies wherever the bot came from.
Each model puts the yearly cost in a different place. The calendar sets the cost of a subscription, the number and size of trades sets the cost of an exchange bot, and results set the cost of a profit share.
We read the price lists of two widely used subscription bots.
3Commas charges $20 a month for its cheapest plan, Starter, or $15 a month if you pay for the year at once. Pro is $50 or $38, and Expert is $140 or $105 (3Commas pricing).
Cryptohopper charges $29 a month for Explorer, or $290 for a year. Adventurer is $69 or $690, and Hero is $129 or $1,290, with VAT on top (Cryptohopper pricing).
We checked the exchange side too. A KuCoin help page says its trading bots cost nothing to use. Trades still pay fees, and spot bots get 20% off the base tier rate (KuCoin bot FAQ).
Binance charges regular users 0.100% on spot trades, for both makers and takers. Paying the fee in BNB takes 25% off, to 0.075% (Binance fee schedule).
Now put everything on one set of conditions. For subscriptions we use the cheapest plans (3Commas Starter, Cryptohopper Explorer) plus 3Commas Pro.
Assume $30,000 traded a month (buys and sells added up) at a 0.1% fee. That is $30 a month, or $360 a year.
A subscription bot still trades on an exchange, so the same $360 sits on top of the subscription.

Paying a year up front saves $60 on Starter. If you stop halfway, though, the remaining months are already paid.
The fee line moves the most. Double the volume to $60,000 a month and fees alone reach $720 a year, more than the $600 subscription in the priciest example.
Write down the monthly trading volume before reading the subscription price, and the yearly cost becomes visible. The more often a bot is set to trade, the bigger that line gets.

A profit share looks attractive because a losing month seems to cost nothing. The question that matters more than the percentage is where the money sits.
On March 9, 2026, Korea's Financial Supervisory Service issued a consumer alert. It warned that illegal firms advertise high returns from fake auto-trading programs they built themselves to draw in investors (FSS press release).
In a case in the attached release, a person was promised 10% of the money every week, sent about ₩10 million, and got back neither dividends nor principal.
Money sent to a seller's own account on top of the program fee is an investment, so check it as one.
First check that the money stays in your own exchange account and the seller only receives its share.
We did not find a seller publishing an official one-off price list, so no number is given here.
Exchanges change how bots connect and what rules apply. A one-off price can only be counted over a year if the seller states how long fixes are included and what they cost after that.
How to read the profit numbers that often come with a sales page is covered in our post on trading bot reviews.

The real price is the yearly total of the subscription plus trading fees.
Hiddenpick is a Windows program that keeps on its server the betting rules that pick owners do not make public, and runs them as they are on the PC of the person who received them through a referral code. It currently runs on Evolution live baccarat at Stake (stake.com). Baccarat has game rules such as the banker commission in place of trading fees, and the numbers a program cannot change are in the baccarat bot guide. We are recruiting national pickster representatives, and those selected receive benefits worth $12,000, a one-year pass (apply at hiddenpick.my/pickster).
